Microbes at the ends of a rapidly changing world

This project aims to learn what the microbial make up of polar regions tells us about how ecosystems work and how they will be indelibly altered by human activity. In addition to the details of their research, described below, I will ask scientists to share their experiences in the field and about life as a scientist.
